If your skin does not tolerate a Tatawai product within 30 days of purchase, we offer a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) for first-time purchases.

We recommend:

• patch testing prior to first use

• introducing one product at a time

• applying sparingly during initial use

This reflects the same approach outlined in our Skin Barrier Reset Guide — reducing pressure, maintaining consistency, and allowing the skin to stabilise over time.
